Herban Bloom owner BJ Duft shared his passion for herbs during our Gardening & Cooking with herbs class on June, 9 2019.
Each of the attendees were welcomed with an herbal inspired luncheon featuring fresh herbs from BJ's personal herb garden.
BJ Duft is also the owner of Herban Feast catering and events. This award winning company specializes in creating delicious seasonally inspired custom menus for weddings and events in the Seattle area. Class attendees left with recipies to some of Herban Feast's most popular dishes including their Sweet Potato Dungeness Crab Cakes. #herbanfeast
After lunch the class passed around herbs from BJ's garden as he discussed each of their uses for both culinary and medicinal. Across the hall in the Herban Bloom workspace, each attendee planted a herb container garden featuring herbs of their choosing.
