Kate & Ethan’s Froggsong summer wedding featured a soft and romantic color palette. The centerpieces, bridal party floral, and ceremony arch incorporated a variety of seasonal flowers in pastel pinks, peach, and soft yellow hues.
Arrangements scattered around the venue varied in size and design and enhanced the natural beauty of the venue.
On the table, thoughtfully coordinated design elements popped against the white table cloth. The gold flatware and elegant pink glassware were excellent choices that paired perfectly with summery centerpieces.
Specialty cocktails featured were the Paloma and an Herban Mojito. These classic cocktails were a delicious choice that kept guests cool and refreshed, all while capturing the flavors and feeling of the perfect summer day!
Tray-passed appetizers featured Rosemary Honey Crostinis topped with Chevre and Crisp Goat Cheese, Shiso Crusted Honey Pecan Prawns with a Spiced Mango Sauce and Kalbi Beef Tenderloin Bites.
The dinner menu by Herban Feast featured Macrina rolls, Farmer’s Market Field Green Salad, Oven Roasted Wild Pacific Salmon served with charred cherry tomatoes, capers and parsley, Herb Crusted Tender Beef Loin in a rosemary demi glace. For a vegan option, Polenta Stuffed Portabella Mushroom with a Piquillo Pepper Puree. Entrees were accompanied by Savory Orzo and Rice Pilaf and Roasted seasonal vegetables.
